Man Utd and Liverpool transfer target Moukoko discusses future
Borussia Dortmund and Germany prodigy Youssoufa Moukoko is attracting interest from Manchester United and Liverpool, and is out of contract at the end of the season…
Moukoko has had big boots to fill at Dortmund this season following Erling Haaland's €60 million move to Manchester City, but he has made a fair first of it, seeing off Anthony Modeste's competition to bag six goals and four assists in 14 Bundesliga games heading into the World Cup.
The striker, who turns 18 on Sunday, is the youngest player in Hansi Flick's squad for the competition, is the greenest player to debut in the Bundesliga - something he did a day past his 16th birthday - and the quickest to 10 goals in the German top flight.

He is also out of contract in June, and Dortmund could struggle to hold onto him in the winter transfer window, especially if Moukoko impresses in Qatar.
Speaking ahead of the competition alongside team manager Oliver Bierhoff and Bayern Munich and Germany captain Manuel Neuer, Moukoko was non-committal over his future.

Moukoko: 'We'll see'
"I didn't even talk to Hansi Flick about it," he told reporters when asked what his next step might be. "We're here with the national team and not with BVB. I feel good in Dortmund, the coach [Edin Terzic] trusts me. We'll see how I decide."
Neuer then mischievously said: "Come to Bayern," perhaps louder than intended, which drew laughter from the Cameroon-born youngster.

Bayern have made a habit of poaching top players on free transfers from Dortmund in recent years, with Robert Lewandowski and Mario Gotze two headline-grabbing examples.
Moukoko's Dortmund situation is decidedly out of character for them, though. As well as getting €60m for Haaland, they squeezed €85m out of Manchester United for Jadon Sancho the previous summer.
Moukoko is currently rated at €13.1m by Football Transfers' in-house algorithm and Dortmund would normally demand around four times that for the player, but they have taken their eye of the ball with his contract and the Premier League giants are ready to pounce.
