Josko Gvardiol: Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea have all made massive bids
Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea have all launched concrete transfer offers for RB Leipzig star Josko Gvardiol, according to a report.
Gvardiol may have been on the radar of these clubs for months, but the Croatia defender has exploded to the general public at World Cup 2022, where he has played a crucial role in leading his country to the semi-finals, in which they will tackle Argentina.
Although the player remains focused for now on the World Cup, FootMercato reports that his agent is busy juggling offers for the player from some of Europe’s biggest clubs.

While the three Premier League giants have already launched offer, meanwhile, Bayern Munich are preparing their move.
On the other hand, Real Madrid and Barcelona, it is reported, are distancing themselves from Gvardiol at the moment because they have baulked at RB Leipzig’s asking price.
Liverpool and PSG, the other big players in the transfer market, are said to have shown no interest in the player to this point.

Which clubs have made bids for Gvardiol?
According to FootMercato, Manchester City’s initial offer for Gvardiol is the biggest that has been made. This offer tops €100 million, including bonuses, and offers Leipzig a percentage of any future resale.
Manchester United and Chelsea have also made offers for the 20-year-old, with their bids coming in between €90-95m.
Such offers mark an astonishing rise from a player who moved from Dinamo Zagreb to Leipzig in the summer of 2021 for just €19m but reflects his recent form, and in particular the level that he has shown at the World Cup.
FootballTransfers presently values him around the €55m mark, but this has sharply increased since the summer, when he was worth only around €32m.
With the bidding having just begun, the chase to sign Gvardiol is now being compared to the manic transfer saga that took Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester City during the summer.
