Liverpool already lining up Darwin Nunez replacement
Liverpool are already eyeing up a replacement for Darwin Nunez should he leave the club in the near future as rumours have linked him with a move to Real Madrid.
Nunez arrived at Anfield from Benfica in one of the summer’s biggest transfers and has had a mixed start to life with the Merseyside club.
In 18 appearances thus far, he has scored nine goals and provided two assists and his form picked up just before players went off to their national teams for the World Cup.

Now, with the Uruguayan being linked with a move to the Spanish and European champions, Liverpool are eyeing up a move for Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic as a potential replacement.
Liverpool eyeing Vlahovic
Reports from Spain in recent weeks have suggested that Real Madrid are seeing Liverpool’s Nunez as a possible option as Karim Benzema has been struggling with injury issues.
The thigh injury ruled Benzema out of France’s World Cup campaign and could cause further trouble to Real Madrid in the second half of the season.

As a result, Liverpool are making a shortlist of players they could sign if Nunez does indeed leave soon and Calciomercato claim Vlahovic is the player they are most interested in.
The Serbian moved to Juventus at the start of the year and has done well for the Bianconeri in that time, however, the club will be willing to entertain offers in the near future.

They would want about €80 million for the forward, amid suggestions that Vlahovic is unhappy at the club and that Juventus could be hit with sanctions after their board resigned recently.
Other than Liverpool, there is also interest in the player from other Premier League clubs such as Manchester United and Chelsea and the Reds will have to move fast if they want to get their man.
