Jacobs told GiveMeSport: "Manchester United are one of those. They've tracked him for quite some time. They haven't entered into any kind of advanced talks yet.
"Liverpool and Spurs (Tottenham Hotspur) are ones to watch and don't rule out a move to La Liga and Barcelona either. Barcelona's position is very much that they're working on the player's side to try and persuade him not to sign a new contract in the hope they'll get him for free.
He continued: "As soon as transfer fees come into it, it wouldn't surprise me if they back off the race. So, lots of suitors here."
Possible Cristiano Ronaldo replacement
Man Utd are working to sign a new player to bolster their attack during the January transfer window after they mutually agreed to terminate Cristiano Ronaldo's contract at the end of November.
Moukoko made his first-team debut for Dortmund in 2020, before going on to play for the Bundesliga side on 59 occasions in all competitions - pitching in with 11 goals and eight assists.
The teenager was selected as part of the Germany squad for the 2022 World Cup but made just one minute at the competition against Japan in the team's first Group E fixture.
This season, Moukoko has scored six goals and registered four assists in 14 Bundesliga appearances.
Before Christmas, it was reported that he rejected a huge contract offer from Dortmund but he dismissed the claims in an Instagram post, blasting them as ‘lies’. He wrote: "Please don't believe everything you read in the newspaper. I will never accept such a lie about me.
"It's really sad that nowadays you can bring something like this into the world, so that you (fans) have a false image of me. My focus is on the second half of the season, and it's all about the club Borussia Dortmund. No player is bigger than the club."
FootballTransfers values Moukoko at €13.1million given his contract being up in six months.
