Potter ready to unleash new signing who will ‘make a difference’
Chelsea’s trip to West Ham in the Premier League is set to be an important one for manager Graham Potter, who is under pressure with the Blues ninth in the standings.
The Blues have struggled offensively this season, scoring only 22 goals all season – the lowest tally among clubs in the top half of the table by at least 10 goals.
Potter, though, will be able to call upon one important January addition in the form of Joao Felix, who has missed the last three matches because of suspension.

Dismissed on debut against Fulham, the Portuguese, who is on loan from Atletico Madrid, will be back in the squad for this match, and having the 23-year-old available is something that Potter is very much looking forward to.
“It's great. We all saw his impact before the red card You can see his quality every day. He's a player who can make a difference for us,” he said.
Felix, meanwhile, joined Chelsea after a disappointing campaign with Atletico Madrid, where he made 20 appearances and scored five goals. He was not, however, getting the game time he felt he deserved and left for first-team football.
Having started in the centre-forward role against Fulham, he is expected to once again take up that position. He played at the head of a 3-5-2 on that occasion, with Kai Havertz retaining his place in the team.

Aubameyang transfer latest
One of the players he is expected to squeeze out at Chelsea is Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is reportedly on the verge of a move to LAFC.
FootballTransfers understands that the player is still uncertain over the deal, and Potter provided an update on the situation.
“Nothing to report. He's been training with us this week and training really well. A really good professional, supporting his teammates. He's doing everything I expect, training well and acting well,” he said.
