Neymar to Chelsea: The truth behind Boehly’s PSG talks
PSG attacker Neymar has been linked with a sensational transfer to Chelsea in recent days.
The Brazil star, 31, has seen his presence at the Parc des Princes called into question for several reasons, with poor performance on the field and a poor attitude off it leading to suggestions that he could depart in the summer.
Chelsea had taken an interest in the attacker last summer and have been associated with the former Barcelona star once again following a call between owner Todd Boehly and PSG.

The Blues have blown more than £600 million in the last two transfer markets and Neymar would cost another significant fee while going against the club’s policy of signing promising young players on long-term deals.
It would be a strange policy shift from Boehly, despite the marketability of Neymar, and L’Equipe reports that there may be little to the rumours.

Chelsea apologise over Ziyech transfer failure
Although Le Parisien reports there was a meeting between PSG and Chelsea officials, the sports daily has been told by a source close to the Blues that this took place simply so the Premier League club could apologise to their Ligue 1 counterparts over the failed Deadline Day move for Hakim Ziyech.
The winger was in Parc des Princes ready to sign on loan for PSG only for the transfer to break down because the English side sent the wrong documents through on three occasions.
The affair left the French club furious and reports state that the meeting held between the two sides was so Boehly could apologise profusely for the failure to get the deal done.
Neymar’s future, nevertheless, hangs in the balance at PSG, with the Brazil star having scored only a couple of goals since the World Cup break – one of which came against an amateur side in the Coupe de France.
