Arsenal vs Chelsea for Pedro Neto? The state of play
The race to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Pedro Neto does not include Chelsea, despite reports to the contrary, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Neto, 22, was heavily linked with a transfer to Arsenal last summer, with the Gunners keen on bolstering their forward line.
However, they decided against signing the Wolves star, and instead waited six months before picking up Brighton & Hove Albion's Leandro Trossard in January.

Romano has told CaughtOffside that the Gunners were keen on signing Neto last summer, but insists that Chelsea have never expressed any interest in the former Lazio man.
What has Romano said?
“To clear up various rumours, Arsenal were interested in Pedro Neto last summer, but not Chelsea," Romano wrote for CaughtOffside.
“At the moment the player’s situation is completely quiet, also in January nothing was serious or concrete for Pedro. We have to wait for the summer, it depends on lot of factors but it’s definitely quiet now.”

Joao Felix (loan), David Datro Fofana, Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke all arrived at Stamford Bridge in January as Graham Potter looked to add to his forward complement.
Furthermore, Chelsea signed Raheem Sterling and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to strengthen their attack last summer, although the latter has not featured in the Blues' matchday squad in their past four matches in all competitions.
As for Neto, the 22-year-old has recently been troubled by an ankle injury, but he has almost completed the road to full recovery and is expected to return to first-team action soon.
Injury issues have plagued Neto of late, with the Portuguese winger sidelined for 52 games over the past two years.
Arsenal could go back in for Neto this summer, although the Wolves man may also have other suitors.
