His contract expires at the end of the season but he is set to be sacked following his public tirade against players and staff following the 3-3 draw with Southampton.
Spurs first team coach Ryan Mason is the favourite with Sky Betat 1/5 as chairman Daniel Levy looks to save money and promote from within the club.
Mauricio Pochettino is the second favourite with the bookmakers to return to Tottenham and succeed Conte as manager.
He has odds of 5/1 with Sky Betto return to the club he previously managed from 2014 to 2019.
Pochettino became a fan favourite, despite not winning a trophy. He led Spurs to the Champions League final in 2019 and a second-place finish in the Premier League. He is currently unemployed after leaving PSG in 2022.
Third favourite is Eintracht Frankfurt coach Oliver Glasner, who won the Europa League last season and took his team to the last-16 of the Champions League this term.
Fourth favourite for the Tottenham job is former Spain national team coach Luis Enrique, who previously won the treble with Barcelona in 2015.
Fifth is Vincent Kompany, with the legendary former Manchester City centre-back taking Burnley to the cusp of promotion back to the Premier League.
Marco Silva has moved into sixth place after a magnificent job at Fulham, taking the newly-promoted side into a challenge for a European spot.
The next favourite for the Tottenham job is former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.
Tuchel enjoyed fantastic success at PSG and at Chelsea, with whom he won the Champions League in 2021. He has been out of work since being sacked by Chelsea at the start of the 2022-23 season.
The eighth favourite is Thomas Frank. The Danish manager is already considered a legend at Brentford after leading the club back into the Premier League after decades away.
Roberto De Zerbi is an option if Spurs wish to go with an attractive brand of football.
De Zerbi has been a revelation since moving to the Premier League, leading Brighton to challenge for a European place.
Completing the top 10 is former River Plate manager Marcelo Gallardo and Celtic's Ange Postecoglou.
