Rashford has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain as a result of his fine form in the 2022-23 campaign.

But Rashford has decided that he wants to continue his good work at Old Trafford, the Daily Mail reports.

And the Red Devils are desperate to tie him down to a long-term deal, having starred under new manager Erik ten Hag.

He is well on course to winning Man Utd's Player of the Season award for 2022-23.

Rashford's 2022-23 season

Having scored 38 Premier League goals in the three seasons prior to the last, Rashford netted just four times in the 2021-22 campaign.

But the 25-year-old is back to his best under Ten Hag in the 2022-23 season, with 15 league goals in 26 starts.

And he has scored a further 13 goals in other competitions, taking his overall tally to 28.

The forward has been one of the standout players in world football this season and it comes as no surprise that he wants to continue on an upward trajectory.

United have performed far better as a team this season and, with a few additions, could challenge for the Premier League and Champions League titles next year.
