The FOUR right-backs who are perfect for Ten Hag's Man Utd
Aaron Wan-Bissaka could be on his way out of Manchester United, so the Red Devils will be in the market for a right-back this summer.
The 25-year-old has had a mixed time of things since joining United for €55 million in 2019. Criticised for his poor offensive output over the years, Wan-Bissaka has found life under Erik ten Hag particularly challenging while also having to deal with fitness issues.
This has meant that Diogo Dalot has been the preferred option at right-back, though his production hasn't been particularly impressive either. Unsurprisingly, then, United are keen to strengthen in that department, and it looks like Wan-Bissaka will be the one who will have to make way.

Four targets
According to The Athletic, Erik ten Hag wants an attacking right-back, and United have already identified Bayern's Benjamin Pavard as a potential target. An offensive right-back in the sense that he has an excellent eye for goal for a defender, Pavard is more a facilitator than someone who will dribble up and down the flanks.
Ten Hag is also known to be an admirer of Denzel Dumfries, who recently switched agents to help him get a move away from Inter. Unlike Pavard, the Dutchman is a relentless attacking presence, but not quite as defensively solid.

Something of a left-field shout would be Alexander Bah. The Benfica man is having an excellent season, being a creative spirit on the right as well as being a solid all-rounder. United are heavily scouting Portugal, and he will have surely caught the eye.
When it comes to offensive full-backs one must also mention long-time United target Jeremie Frimpong. Indeed, such is his proclivity for attacking that Dutch national team coach Ronald Koeman recently remarked that the 22-year-old can't defend.
This is an exaggeration of course, but it is true that Frimpong is better going forward than he is at keeping things tight at the back. An excellent dribbler, his record of 0.52 goal involvements per 90 means that he is currently the best-performing full-back in the Bundesliga.
