Chelsea discipline hits record low! Player missed bus for 'nap'
An unnamed Chelsea player missed the team coach as he ‘nipped home for a nap’.
The Telegraph reports that the side are in a desperate state as they slump to their worst Premier League finish of this century.
The outlet states that in training players have been able to disappear and are not vocal, challenging each other.

Matt Law’s piece goes on to say: “Players simply would not have been allowed to get away with trudging on to the training pitch with their laces undone in Chelsea teams of the past and it is hard to imagine it being accepted within the Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool squads.

“Similarly, nobody at City would find it funny if a player arrived late for the team bus because they had nipped home for a nap after training. That has happened on at least one occasion at Chelsea this season without it causing much more than a few smirks and the odd shake of the head among the majority of players.
“Mykhaylo Mudryk thought it would be funny to post a photograph on Instagram mocking a more elderly gym user and yet displaying a little extra flesh on a rowing machine was far less embarrassing than his finishing has been since moving to Stamford Bridge in a deal worth £88 million.”
Mudryk's social media faux par
Mudryk landed himself in hot water after posting a picture on Instagram of a man whose shorts were hanging down while exercising.
It has been a torrid time for the Ukraine star, who is yet to score or assist. But there have been glimmers of raw talent there, and arguably his form is no better or worse than a majority of his team-mates.
There have been question marks around the players’ work effort and whether or not some of their injuries have been deliberately exaggerated.
Frank Lampard has been unable to get a tune out of the squad members, some of which have openly expressed a desire to leave this summer.
