'Goodbye top four' - Man Utd fans fume after late Brighton drama
Manchester United fans had some choice words for Erik ten Hag's men after they suffered defeat on the South Coast.
Brighton were awarded a stoppage-time penalty after Luke Shaw handled the ball. Following a quick VAR check and a long, dramatic pause by Alexis Mac Allister, the World Cup winner and Ten Hag transfer target converted confidently past David de Gea, winning the game for the Seagulls.
United fans will feel hard done by with this result, but the game really could have gone either way with both goalkeepers impressing. That won't ease the pain, though, and some Red Devils fans feel that this result has really damaged Erik ten Hag's Champions League aspirations.

The Manchester outfit sit fourth, two points below Newcastle and just four points above Liverpool, but they do have a game in hand on the Reds. This was United's eighth loss of the Premier League season, twice as many as the other top-four sides have suffered.
Here is what Manchester United fans had to say about the result:

It must have been expected. We're craving the last match of the season. These players are exhausted and patiently waiting for the #GlazersOutNOW to sell the damn club! https://t.co/9EG5fhhI6R
