Weghorst told to leave Man Utd for club where he could score 35 in a season
It is still unclear where the future of Manchester United striker Wout Weghorst lies.
The attacker is on loan at Old Trafford from Burnley for the second half of the season, but there is no question of a purchase option.
According to leading Dutch journalists Mike Verweij and Valentijn Driessen, leading Eredivisie sides Ajax, Feyenoord and PSV should all consider the striker: "With Steven Berghuis' kicking technique, I think Weghorst scores 35 in the Netherlands."

In principle, Weghorst will return to Burnley next summer, with the Clarets recently promoted from the Championship to the Premier League.
The tall attacker made the switch from VfL Wolfsburg to Burnley for €17.5 million in early 2021, and there is a good chance that they would wish to make their money back on the Netherlands attacker.
Although talks between Burnley and Manchester United are ongoing, according to agent Simon Cziommer, there is no breakthrough yet.

What next for Weghorst after Man Utd?
In De Telegraaf 's Kick-Off, Driessen reports that he wouldn't be surprised if the top three in the Eredivisie end up with Weghorst next summer.
PSV are currently working on Tobias Lauritsen from Sparta Rotterdam, but according to the journalist, the Eindhoven club would be wise to wait and see the situation around Weghorst: “If you want a striker who is strong and can do a lot in the box, then I would go for Weghorst.”
PSV already has a starting forward in Luuk de Jong. Still, Driessen sticks to his point of view: "I think Weghorst would not be out of place at PSV."
The arrival of Weghorst could also be a serious option for Feyenoord, as interest in Santiago Gimenez will increase: “I don't know if he wants to return to the Netherlands himself. But if Feyenoord and PSV make it to the Champions League, it is of course great to appear in it.”
Verweij agrees with Driessen, but thinks Weghorst fits Ajax better.
The Amsterdam side will say goodbye to Lorenzo Lucca next summer and want to overhaul the squad. The arrival of Weghorst could provide an boost: “Yes, I would always do it if the opportunity arises. With Berghuis' kicking technique, I think Weghorst scores 35 in the Netherlands.”
