The No.10 shirt is historically one of the most significant in the history of Liverpool, with many club legends through the years taking that jersey. During the Premier League era, some of the most important players to don that number include John Barnes, Michael Owen and Philippe Coutinho.
Sadio Mane was the most recent legend to take the No.10 shirt at Anfield, with that jersey having been vacant during the 2022/23 season following the Senegal international’s move to Bayern Munich.
Mac Allister will hope that it brings him as much success at Liverpool as it did for his predecessor.
