Long-time Arsenal target available for FREE
Arsenal may just have been handed a big boost ahead of the summer transfer window, with the news that Evan Ndicka will leave Eintracht Frankfurt as a free agent.
The left-sided centre-back seems set to be a man in high demand this summer, having also been linked with Liverpool, West Ham and Roma – with the latter already said to be close to sealing a deal.
Ndicka – who has represented France up to U21 level – departs Eintracht after five years with the 2021/22 Europa League winners – for whom he made 183 appearances in all competitions.

Eintracht confirmed today (June 7) that Ndicka will be moving on when his contract expires at the end of June. Sporting director Marcus Krosche told the club’s official website: “We would have liked to have seen Evan at Eintracht Frankfurt in the future, so it’s a shame that he’s leaving us.
“At the same time, we would like to thank Evan for five years together, in which he performed as a regular from a young age.
“He has played his part in the sporting success and positive development of Eintracht Frankfurt. We wish him all the best for his future.”

From Ligue 2 to the Bundesliga to…?
Given that he only turns 24 August, Ndicka could represent a serious coup for whoever is able to land him on a free transfer.
Born in Paris, he broke through into senior football with French second-tier outfit Auxerre – where he caught the eye of Eintracht and made the switch to the Bundesliga after just 16 first-team appearances.
Ndicka would bring Champions League experience to his new club, having been an ever-present in Eintracht’s run to the last 16 of this season’s competition.
