Romano drops update on €40m Arsenal transfer
Juventus are considering a move for Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Partey has been linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League but he could also have the choice of Serie A.
Saudi clubs are prepared to pay €40m in three installments, while it is unknown what Juventus would be willing to pay.
EXCLUSIVE: West Ham make Balogun a summer transfer priority
The Old Lady are said to be waiting on Adrien Rabiot to decide his future before making a move for a replacement.
Rabiot, who has previously been a target of Erik ten Hag's Manchester United, will be a free agent at the end of the month.
Arsenal's midfield options
Despite an impressive second-place finish in the 2022-23 Premier League season, Arsenal are looking to significantly upgrade their squad.
Former captain Granit Xhaka is expected to leave in the summer transfer window, on the back of an excellent campaign.
And it looks like his midfield partner Partey could also depart the north London club in the coming weeks.

The pair are 30 years of age, so head coach Mikel Arteta is understandably eyeing up younger alternatives.
The Gunners are currently leading the race to sign Declan Rice from West Ham, who would be an ideal Partey replacement.
While Chelsea's Kai Havertz could be an unlikely candidate for Xhaka's slightly more advanced role in the centre of the pitch.
