Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is still being monitored by Manchester City but it’s hugely unlikely that Napoli will let the winger leave this summer, we can confirm.

The Georgian enjoyed a phenomenal campaign in Italy. But the club will ask for close to €150million to let him go at this point. They see Kvaratskhelia as a potential future Ballon d'Or winner, sources in Italy have told us. Victor Osimhen is more likely to exit but interested parties would have to pay the full amount.

We understand Man City are looking at a right-winger for next season, however. FootballTransfers was told in mid-April that Reading youth striker Luca Fletcher was headed there, and now that’s been reported by UK nationals. We also exclusively revealed the signing of Spike Brits during the same period, and the club have announced the signing of him from Wimbledon since.

Kvaratskhelia helped Napoli win the Serie A title last season, providing ten assists and 14 goals in the league.

FootballTransfers values the 22-year-old at €46.3million. His contract is until 2027.

Man City in for treble

Man City have the chance to win the treble this campaign following their Premier League success. They face Manchester United in the FA Cup final on Saturday. Then they will play Inter next Saturday at Istanbul's Ataturk Olympic Stadium.

"This is why they bought me of course, to get this, we don't have to hide that," Haaland told BBC Sports. "It would mean everything. I will do everything I possibly can to try to make it happen. It's my biggest dream and hopefully dreams do come true."

He added: "But as well it's not easy - it's two finals against two good teams that will do everything they can to try to destroy that.

"They will be motivated, they will be ready and we have to play at our best, because if we play at our best we have a really good chance of achieving exactly that."
