Man Utd hoping Rabiot's mother rejects Juventus’ DESPERATE offer
Juventus are fighting to keep Adrien Rabiot at their club amid interest from Manchester United, with the Serie A side having sent a contract offer to the player’s mother and agent Veronique.
The France international midfielder has enjoyed what is arguably the best season of his career after coming close to a move to Man Utd last summer, only for the deal to break down because of Veronique Rabiot’s demands.
The 28-year-old played 48 matches in all competitions for Juventus and delivered 11 goals and six assists as the Turin club came up short in their push to reach the Champions League after receiving a 10-point point deduction as a penalty for financial irregularities.

Out of contract at the end of the month, Rabiot is available on a free transfer and is, therefore, considered a very attractive option for many of Europe’s top clubs.
Without Champions League football, Juventus face a challenge to retain the services of one of their most reliable players but are trying to keep him at the football club by offering him a one-year deal, Tuttosport reports.
The theory behind this is that it would allow Veronique more time to find her son a suitable club, while it would buy Juventus time to prove the value of their project to the World Cup finalist.

Rabiot's likely next move
Rabiot still looks likely to leave Juventus, though. The midfielder is known to want to challenge himself in the Premier League after a brief spell at Manchester City as a youth player, while United have a long history of interest in the player.
A decision is not expected from the player until after France’s European Championship qualifiers this week, which will see them tackle Gibraltar away from home on Friday before playing host to Greece at Stade de France on Monday.
Rabiot is said to have discussed his future at length with Veronique, while Juventus have lined up Davide Frattesi of Sassuolo as his potential replacement, suggesting that Man Utd’s prospects of landing the former PSG star are healthy.
