REVEALED: Mbappe stance on Man Utd transfer
Kylian Mbappe is not interested in a Manchester United transfer, according to Romain Molina.
The French superstar's intention to not renew his Paris Saint-Germain contract beyond next season was made public on Monday and it has caused a torrent of transfer news.
The manner in which Mbappe communicated his decision and the fact that it was leaked to the media has caused outrage at PSG and the club are now trying to sell the 24-year-old to avoid losing him on a free next summer. Predictably, Real Madrid are considered the favourites to land the attacker, but Florentino Perez has already stated that he will try to sign Mbappe next year and not now.

This means that other clubs have also been linked with the PSG star. Manchester United and Chelsea are said to be keeping tabs on the situation, but French journalist Romain Molina is now claiming that Mbappe has no interest in moving to Old Trafford.
This may be surprising, but a deal would have been unrealistic at this moment in time anyway.
United won't move for Mbappe
According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United have no plans of making a move for the Frenchman because of the current ownership situation.
The takeover saga is still dragging on, but one thing is clear: the current owners, the Glazers, want to sell, so they are not ready to sink any more significant money into United transfers; they are ready for their big payday.

Therefore, there will be no movement on that front as long as the club is in the hands of the Americans. Whether Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS would sanction a deal is not known, but Sheikh Jassim certainly could afford Mbappe.
However, given that this escapade has fractured relations with PSG's Qatari owners, it is doubtful whether Jassim and company would want to bring the 24-year-old to Old Trafford considering how heavily involved PSG boss Nasser Al-Khelaifi has been in the ongoing negotiations.
