Arteta BOMB! Arsenal manager in SHOCK talks with European giants
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has held talks with PSG sporting director Luis Campos over potentially replacing Christophe Galtier at Parc des Princes.
Galtier has not officially been fired by PSG, but it is an open secret that he is set to leave the club.
PSG came close to an agreement with former Bayern Munich head coach Julian Nagelsmann, but the deal broke down over details and talks were ended by mutual consent.

The Ligue 1 champions are now exploring other options, among which was Arteta, who played with French giants on loan from Barcelona in the 2001/02 season.
RMC reports that Campos has held talks with Arteta, who speaks fluent French, for several weeks “but the chances that the discussions will lead to a contract are almost zero”.

FootballTransfers exclusively revealed that Arsenal have opened contract talks with Arteta, and the Spaniard is more than happy at the Emirates Stadium, where he led the club to second place in the Premier League last season, thereby guaranteeing a return to the Champions League.
Furthermore, Luis Campos will not have the decisive say in who PSG appoint as head coach after he picked Galtier last summer.
Next PSG manager: who will it be?
According to RMC, PSG are considering a move for Porto coach Sergio Conceicao, who has previously coached in Ligue 1 with Nantes.
Conceicao is said to be unsettled at Porto, where he has a strained relationship with sporting director Fernando Gomes because of the club’s tendency to sell on their best players in a regular cycle.
He has a release clause of €18 million in his contract.
Other possibilities include former PSG midfielder Thiago Motta, who is at Bologna, and former Barcelona and Spain head coach Luis Enrique, who is still not ruled out by the Ligue 1 giants.
