Man Utd beware! PSG open talks with Hojlund
Paris Saint-Germain have opened talks with Manchester United priority target Rasmus Hojlund, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Red Devils have been courting the Atalanta striker for months, but they may now face competition for his signature. Erik ten Hag has made Hojlund his number-one target in the striker position after United were forced to give up on their Harry Kane interest.
The Dutchman desperately wants a new number nine capable of turning Manchester United back into Premier League challengers, but due to Financial Fair Play restrictions and uncertainty over the takeover saga, the Red Devils have been priced out of going for world-class players.

Compared to the likes of Kane and Victor Osimhen, Hojlund is affordable, but the young striker boasts relatively little top-level experience, which means that United are keen to negotiate Atalanta's asking price - believed to be around €60-70 million - down.
No official bid has as yet been made, according to Fabrizio Romano, and this has given PSG the chance to express their interest.
PSG inquire about Hojlund
"I'm told," the Italian announced to his 1.81 million YouTube subscribers, "that Paris Saint-Germain, a few days ago, called to understand the situation."
"Again no bids," he continued, "no proposals, but Paris Saint-Germain are exploring the striker market and so after asking for many strikers in the recent weeks - we know they asked, for example, for players like [Randal] Kolo Muani and many others - now we can say...that they also asked for information for Rasmus Hojlund."

"It was a contact where PSG asked for details and let's see if PSG will decide to enter this race or not. At the moment, it was just a contact but Man United remain very focused on that deal."
Hojlund, a boyhood United fan, has already agreed personal terms with the Red Devils, but he would be open to moving to any big club, not just the Manchester outfit, claims Romano.
