Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis spends £122million on CO2 carrier
Greek Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis' Capital Maritime group has taken a plunge into CO2 shipping with a new order in South Korea, spending £122million on one of the world's biggest CO2 carriers at Hyundai Mipo.
Marinakis, who is worth £2.32b, is continuing to branch out on his vast empire in the shipping industry.
It comes after our story that talks between Nottingham Forest and Dean Henderson are continuing despite the Manchester United goalkeeper being on tour in the States with Erik ten Hag’s squad.
We are told that there is confidence that Forest will secure the signing. The purchase of Andre Onana had been holding their move for Henderson up, but now they have got the 27-year-old, it’s believed that their former loanee will be making a return to City Ground, only this time on a permanent basis.
Henderson helped Forest secure a Premier League spot after a hairy relegation dogfight throughout their term, despite contending with an injury halfway through.
Forest turned to Keylor Navas, who they signed on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, for the second half of the season, but they opted not to make a permanent move for him.

The club are focused on signing the former England international and making him their No.1 for the upcoming campaign and discussions are continuing even though Henderson is away with the Man Utd squad.
The side named 31 players via the club’s official website who have flown for the tour. Man Utd are set to take on Arsenal, Wrexham, Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.
