Mourinho wants to RAID Chelsea for academy talent
Jose Mourinho could look to his former club Chelsea to replace a former Chelsea man, according to Italian media.
The Portuguese coach's AS Roma will have to make do without ex-Blues striker Tammy Abraham who is currently sidelined with an ACL injury. Mourinho, though not always seeing eye-to-eye with the Italian club's hierarchy, is getting some significant backing this summer in hopes of potentially mounting a title challenge this term.
Serie A has been very unpredictable in recent seasons and Roma may try to capitalise on it. In the past few hours alone, they have signed Renato Sanches and Leandro Paredes from Paris Saint-Germain. Evan Ndicka and former wonderkid Houssem Aouar have also been acquired on free transfers this window.

Now, they are looking to add a striker to replace Abraham and Mourinho may have found his man at Chelsea.
Roma want Broja
That is at least according to Di Marzio, which claims that the capital club have enquired about Armando Broja. The former Southampton loanee has failed to consistently feature for Chelsea's first team, but part of this was due to an ACL rupture suffered last winter.
Indeed, Broja has made almost as many appearances for Albania's senior national team (17) as he has for Chelsea's first team (19), highlighting how tough he has found getting game time at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are willing to listen to offers, but the above-mentioned report claims that they rebuffed Roma's initial approach as the Italian club only offered to take the 21-year-old on loan. Chelsea want to get him off the books permanently.
Despite his injury, the youngster remains highly rated and currently boasts a whopping Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of almost €26 million, a fee Roma likely won't be able to cough up despite their ambitions under Mourinho.
