Chelsea ‘agree personal terms’ with Premier League attacker
Chelsea have agreed to personal terms with Michael Olise's representatives, according to reports.
The club has clinched the deal and a move from Crystal Palace is being finalised, reports The Secret Scout.
The attacker has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge for a considerable period this summer, and now the Blues seem to be nearing a completed deal. The Frenchman spent time at the academies of both Chelsea and Manchester City, who are also thought to be interested.

A return to Stamford Bridge is becoming increasingly likely, and even Palace boss Roy Hodgson admitted that he and the club remain in the dark about Olise's future.
Roy Hodgson comments on Olise's future
Hodgson told Sky Sports about the situation around Olise: "No one knows at this moment. If there are clubs seriously preparing a bid and tempting him, then he'll have a decision. I can only wait and see what decision he is going to make. He knows we are very keen to keep him.

"You can never be certain that the players you've got, like, want are definitely going to stay - we have a transfer market. I can only hope that the market doesn't, on this occasion, punish us by persuading one of our very important players to move."
Olise scored twice and provided 11 assists last campaign, earning him the title of Player of the Year.
It is believed that he has a release clause in his contract worth £35m.
Olise is set to miss the start of the season after sustaining a hamstring injury while playing for the France Under‑21s. However, it has not deterred Mauricio Pochettino and Pep Guardiola, both of whom have been linked with wanting to bring the 21-year-old in. Olise joined from Reading in 2021 for £8m, but his value has risen considerably since.
