Fantasy Premier League: The five most expensive Chelsea players in FPL 2023-24

Christopher Nkunku is the most expensive Chelsea player in Fantasy Premier League 2023-24, with the Blues’ summer signing handed a £7.5 million starting price.
The Frenchman joined Chelsea from RB Leipzig earlier this summer and impressed during an unbeaten pre-season for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
His pre-season showings will have no doubt attracted FPL players to his £7.5m valuation, which could prove to be a snip if he’s able to replicate his goal-scoring and creating form from the Bundesliga.

There were some questions about which position group Nkunku would be classified in, given that he may play as an attacking midfielder at Stamford Bridge, but he has been classed as a forward in FPL 2023-24. He is the joint-seventh most expensive FPL forward this year - along with Darwin Nunez, Cody Gakpo, Aleksandar Mitrovic and Alexander Isak.
Raheem Sterling is the joint-second most expensive FPL asset in the Chelsea squad this year. The former Manchester City midfielder is priced at £7m in the new game, a huge fall from his starting price of £10m last season.
Nicolas Jackson and Romelu Lukaku are also £7m in Fantasy Premier League this season, and both are classified as forwards. Neither player spent the 2022-23 campaign at Chelsea, with Jackson at Villarreal before the Blues signed him this summer, while Lukaku was on loan at Serie A giants Inter Milan.

The Belgium international is expected to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, but he currently remains a Chelsea player, which is why he appears on the list.
Jackson has caught the eye since joining the west London club and notched two goals and three assists in five pre-season games in the USA.
Rounding out the top five is Ukraine international Mykhailo Mudryk, who is priced at £6.5m in FPL 2023-24. The midfielder was purchased by Chelsea in January, but he only managed to score 25 FPL points in a difficult first six months. Like many others, however, he looked sharp in pre-season.
Reece James and Ben Chilwell (both £5.5m) are the most expensive Chelsea defenders in this season’s FPL, while Kepa Arrizabalaga (£5m) is the most expensive Blues goalkeeper.
