Paris Saint-Germain have reached a 'total agreement' with Randal Kolo Muani on personal terms, according to French media.

The Eintracht Frankfurt striker is one of Europe's hottest commodities this summer. Heavily linked with Manchester United at one point, the Red Devils ultimately had to settle for Rasmus Hojlund after baulking at the Eagles' asking price said to be in excess of €100 million.

Indeed, this asking price has seen rumours about his potential departure grow cold in recent weeks with his German club desperate to keep hold of him for at least one more season, seeing as though he is still under contract until 2027 after arriving on a free transfer from Nantes last summer.

PSG had also previously been linked with the French international, but their signing of Benfica striker Goncalo Ramos appeared to put that interest to bed. The Parisians, in a bid to 'Frenchify' their attack, have other ideas, however.

RKM agrees terms

That is at least according to Footmercato and RMC, which both report that the 24-year-old has agreed personal terms on a five-year deal with the French giants. The player is keen on the move, too, previously making it clear that he wants out of Frankfurt as he wants to win trophies, something the German side are unlikely to achieve this season after yet another summer rebuild.

Having just sold Neymar to Al-Hilal for a fee that could potentially rise to €100m, PSG now feel confident that they could match Frankfurt's asking price. Whether the Bundesliga side are willing to accept a deal this late in the window - and after missing out on Elye Wahi - remains to be seen, though they could try to include PSG outcast Hugo Ekitike in the deal.

Footmercato claims that the youngster is at the top of Frankfurt's striker shortlist and the signing of "the former Nantes man would push Hugo Ekitike a little more towards the exit, and would once again show PSG's real desire to Frenchify its workforce..."
