Man Utd add two midfielders in ADDITION to €24m transfer
Erik ten Hag is set to boost his Manchester United midfield ranks by promoting two prodigious academy talents to the first team.
That’s in addition to the seemingly imminent arrival of Morocco star Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina.
Meanwhile, United’s midfield shake-up could see two big names depart: Fred is poised to join Fenerbahce, while Scott McTominay has been linked with a move to West Ham – who have just agreed a deal for Harry Maguire.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Ten Hag will include Hannibal Mejbri and the rather appropriately named Kobbie Mainoo in his first-team squad for the 2023/24 season.
Both players have already made their senior debuts for Man Utd, but this promotion would represent the next big step in their respective developments.
Mejbri, 20, arrived from Monaco four years ago and made his first-team bow in May 2021; he has featured three times for United in all, as well as making 38 appearances on loan at Championship Birmingham City last term.
The Tunisia international has already won 21 caps for his country, with one of those coming at the 2022 World Cup.

Will Mainoo become a star for Man U?
Eighteen-year-old Mainoo has also made three senior Man Utd appearances, with his debut coming in January this year.
Born in Stockport, Mainoo joined United at the age of nine and penned his first professional contract in May last year.
He has represented England up to U19 level and is also eligible to play for Ghana through his parents.
Ten Hag and co. get their 2023/24 campaign underway with their Premier League opener at home to Wolves on Monday (August 14).
