Saudis make WORLD RECORD bid for Salah
Al-Ittihad will make a world record transfer offer of around €234 million for Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah.
That is according to the Daily Mail, who report that Al-Ittihad will make a new offer before the Saudi transfer deadline on September 7.
Al-Ittihad already had a massive offer of €175m rejected by Liverpool last Thursday but are now set to go even higher.

Were Liverpool to accept, it would make Salah the most expensive player in football history.
What is the world record football transfer?
Neymar still holds the world record for biggest transfer of all time for his 2017 move to PSG from Barcelona.

The Parisians paid €222m in order to bring the Brazilian to the Parc des Princes, meeting the attacker’s release clause in his Barcelona contract.
Neymar was 25 at the time of the move, which makes the offer for Salah all the more incredible as the Egyptian is now 31.
Given Salah’s age, it will be a difficult offer for Liverpool to turn down but until now both club and manager Jurgen Klopp have insisted that the ex-Roma star is not for sale.
“I never had any doubt about his commitment. He is our player and wants to play here,” Klopp said after Salah scored and shone in the win over Aston Villa at the weekend.
The fact that the Premier League transfer window is closed also complicates matters for Liverpool.
Were they to sell Salah now, they would have to wait until January before being able to replace the winger.
The next couple of days are certain to be very interesting, especially as a Saudi delegation from Al-Ittihad are currently in London with the sole aim of returning home with Salah.
Salah joined Liverpool from Roma for a bargain €38m in 2017 and has since gone on to become one of the club’s greatest players of all time.
He has scored 188 goals in 309 games for Liverpool, leading the club to the Premier League and Champions League titles. He has won three Premier League Golden Boots and was Premier League Player of the Year in 2017-18.
