Raya and Ramsdale could BOTH be Arsenal understudies suggests Seaman
The competition between David Raya and Aaron Ramsdale at Arsenal has been the focus of much attention lately, but club legend David Seaman thinks both could be nudged down the pecking order in due course.
Ramsdale kept 14 clean sheets last season as the Gunners finished as runners-up to Arsenal in the Premier League, and started for England in their recent 3-1 friendly win over Scotland at Hampden.
But Mikel Arteta recruited Raya from Brentford this summer, initially on loan with an option to make the move permanent for £27 million at the end of the campaign, and the Spaniard has started the last three Premier League games.

But Karl Hein has quietly been making progress in North London, and club legend Seaman, who now coaches the U18s, thinks the young Estonian will go far.

Hein praise
"Karl Hein is really good," he told Express Sport's Charlie Gordon. "He's on the fringes with the first team as well. He's looking really promising. There's a few younger lads, because I'm mainly with the Under-18s, with Jack Wilshere as my boss so to speak, it's nice to see."
Hein spent the second half of last season on loan at Reading, and was named on the bench for the opening day 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest, with Ramsdale still, at that point, the undisputed No.1.

Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino thinks the Blues' London rivals are playing a "dangerous" game rotating two goalkeepers, having previously done the same with Gigio Donnarumma and Keylor Navas at Paris Saint-Germain.
"In Paris we had two top 'keepers and used to play two games with Donnarumma and then two games with Navas," he said. "It's possible but it's dangerous. Is it good or bad? I don't know. It depends on the result."
