'Ten Hag doesn't look like he has confidence'

Former Premier League, LaLiga, Bundesliga and Serie A star Kevin-Prince Boateng has slammed Erik ten Hag because he believes that the Dutchman doesn't inspire confidence.
Manchester United are once again in crisis mode after another loss, this time coming at the hands of Crystal Palace. The Red Devils' recent upturn in form was quickly halted by Roy Hodgson's Eagles at the weekend and calls for Ten Hag to be sacked are increasing.
While some former players, like Rio Ferdinand, continue to back the Dutchman, other ex-Premier League stars are not convinced by Ten Hag. Among them is former Portsmouth and Tottenham midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng.

The Ghanaian recently retired after getting relegated with boyhood club Hertha BSC, so he certainly knows what a club in crisis looks like. Appearing on Ferdinand's podcast, Boateng did not hold back when comparing the Man Utd of yore with that of today.
What did Boateng say?
Asked by Ferdinand what playing at Old Trafford used to be like, Boateng said: "You know you get beaten. You were in the tunnel, you know today there's nothing to win. And, you know, we came there with Tottenham, we had a good team - Robbie Kean, [Dimitar] Berbatov."
"We knew there was no chance to win. You guys came out confident, and that's what's missing as well - confidence. Players coming out wanting the ball, going one against one, losing the ball - 'no problem, I'll do it again' - and I'm telling you again, that comes from the coach."

"The coach doesn't look like he has confidence. When I watch a game, when I see him at a press conference, whatever, he doesn't give me the fire. Who has the power to turn it around? The coach. Because he comes and he gives the players confidence. The players have no confidence."
