Man Utd scout star described as 'the epitome of football intelligence'
Manchester United were one of several teams in attendance for Brondby’s 2-1 win over Nordsjaelland on Sunday, according to reports in Denmark.
Nicolai Vallys, 27, scored the eventual winner in the 64th minute, with scouts from across Europe keeping tabs on his performance.
According to Ekstra Bladet, representatives from Wolfsburg, Manchester United, Betis, Marseille, Aston Villa, Southampton and PSV Eindhoven all watched on as Vallys scored the winner.

PSV also sent their chief scout to Brøndby to take a closer look at the players on the pitch.
In the same report, Ekstra Bladet described Vallys as “the epitome of football intelligence at a high level.”
They continued by writing: “It was truly expressed in the 1-0 score, where he unselfishly played Mathias Kvistgaarden free, even though he could have finished it himself.”

Vallys has scored six goals and provided one assist in 12 Danish top flight matches this season as Brondby sit second in the table. They are one point behind leaders Copenhagen.
Ten Hag told to strip Bruno Fernandes of captaincy
Interest in Vallys follows Man Utd’s 3-0 loss against Manchester City, a result that saw Roy Keane slam Bruno Fernandes for his role as captain.
The former Red Devils star told Sky Sports: ““The first thing I would do after today is take the captaincy off him [Fernandes].
“One hundred per cent. I know it’s a big decision to change the captaincy but Fernandes is not captain material.
“I think he’s a talented player, no doubt about it, but what I saw today, he’s whingeing, he’s moaning, he’s throwing his arms up in the air constantly.
“It really isn’t acceptable. When you’re talking about where they make changes – board level, managers – I would start with that because the manager is capable of doing that. Fernandes is a brilliant footballer but he’s the opposite of what you want in a captain.”
