Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr line up shock move for top Premier League star
Cristiano Ronaldo could soon be joined at Al-Nassr by Kevin De Bruyne of Manchester City, according to a report.
Ronaldo’s move to the Saudi Pro League side in the final days of 2022 has been the catalyst for a string of leading stars to move to the big-spending division.
Neymar, Sadio Mane and reigning Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema are just some of the names who moved to the Saudi Pro League in the summer of 2023, and De Bruyne could be next if Al-Nassr get their way.

According to Rudy Galetti, contact has already been made between the club and the player’s agent with the target of setting up a meeting with the Belgium international in the near future.
Al-Nassr want to showcase their long-term vision to the 32-year-old, who is out of contract with Manchester City in 2025.

Man City willing to cut ties with De Bruyne?
Manchester City could be willing to listen to transfer offers for De Bruyne, who has been at the club since arriving from Wolfsburg for €76 million in 2015.
Reports recently have indicated that they are growing increasingly worried over his injury record, with the playmaker presently laid up until the end of 2023 after suffering a hamstring injury.
Julian Alvarez has stepped into his role with surprising ease, while there are also rumours that Pep Guardiola is increasing his interest in potential long-term replacements for De Bruyne. RB Leipzig’s Dani Olmo is one player whose name is continually linked with the Etihad Stadium outfit.
With 18 months left on his contract and an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) still hovering above the €35m mark, Man City could decide to cash in on arguably their best player over the last decade.
For De Bruyne, meanwhile, the incentive of moving to Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League is clear, with the promise of a huge contract and the prospect of hooking up with Ronaldo and Mane in what is quickly becoming the competition’s premier club.
