The miracle has come – Man Utd fans react to Hojlund’s first Premier League goal
Rasmus Hojlund finally grabbed his first Manchester United goal in the Premier League as Erik ten Hag’s side staged a remarkable comeback to defeat Aston Villa 3-2 after trailing 2-0 at the break.
Alejandro Garnacho instigated the comeback as he scored twice after having a goal disallowed soon after the break, but it was Denmark international Hojlund who grabbed the winning goal.
Signed from Atalanta in the summer for €74 million , the 20-year-old striker reacted brilliantly when a ball broke to him in the box to produce a fine snapshot that went in off the post.
It was greeted with an emotional celebration as he forward pumped his arms and charged towards the Stretford End. He was joined by all his Man Utd teammates, including goalkeeper Andre Onana, who had run the length of the field to celebrate with him as the importance of the moment was acknowledged throughout the team.

In particular, Australian singer Sean Millis, who has taken the internet by storm with his motivational speeches to Hojlund while promoting his song ‘Waiting on a Miracle to Come’ was a popular meme among supporters.

It's a real shame Hojlund joined THIS United team because I really think he'd be a very big name by now if he played in an even remotely good United side
