'Just a s**t Raya' - Ramsdale's Arsenal career OVER after Brentford howler
If he wasn't on his way out already, Aaron Ramsdale likely ended his Arsenal career with his howler against Brentford.
The goalkeeper was handed a rare start against the Bees due to David Raya being ineligible to play his parent club. The Spaniard has displaced Ramsdale this term, and the England international has been heavily linked with a transfer as a result.
Against Brentford, Arsenal were cruising. Though the game was a far cry from the shellacking they had dished out to Sheffield United earlier in the week, the Gunners were nevertheless in control and about to head into half time with a comfortable 1-0 advantage. Ramsdale, however, had different ideas.

The shot-stopper dallied in possession in his own box and was closed down by Yoane Wissa, with the ball inevitably bouncing into the back of the net. After the goal, Brentford fans serenaded the 25-year-old with chants of 'you're just a s**t David Raya.'
Prior to the fixture, head coach Mikel Arteta had given Ramsdale a public vote of confidence, but his Gunners career is surely over after this.
