Romano drops huge update on Chelsea & Real Madrid target Jobe Bellingham
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that many clubs around Europe are tracking Jobe Bellingham.
The Sunderland midfielder, the younger brother of Real Madrid megastar Jude Bellingham, has been impressing in the Championship. Given his name, any good performance with the Black Cats will naturally engender transfer links to some of Europe's biggest clubs.
However, this is not entirely unmerited. Bellingham - Jobe, that is - is a player with spectacular potential like his brother and he has been showing off his skills this term, contributing six goals and an assist in the Championship despite being just 18.

Real Madrid have long since been associated with Jude's younger brother given how well their €103 million signing has been doing since joining in the summer. Since December, Chelsea are also said to be in the mix for the younger Bellingham.
Another transfer seemingly can't be ruled even though Jobe only joined Sunderland for €1.75m last year. According to Fabrizio Romano, many clubs are keeping tabs on the youngster's development.
Romano on Bellingham
Speaking to CaughtOffside, the Italian transfer expert confirmed that there is major interest in the 18-year-old, though he was quick to play down talk that anything concrete is already happening behind the scenes.
“Another name to watch is surely going to be Jude Bellingham’s younger brother Jobe Bellingham, who is impressing at Sunderland. I really like him. I personally view him as an excellent talent – he’s a serious guy and a hard worker as well. I’m sure his future will be bright."

“For him to be similar to Jude is going to be difficult, as it would be for everyone as he’s a generational player, but Jobe is really talented and good. We will see what happens in the summer, it’s quiet so far but scouts are obviously monitoring him closely.”
