Bayern Munich set to compete for Man Utd and Arsenal target
Manchester United and Arsenal target Jeremie Frimpong is on the list of transfer targets for Bayern Munich this summer, according to latest reports from Germany. His release clause is €40m-€45m.
The youngster has scored ten goals and collected ten assists in all competitions so far this season, while he has a lowly release clause of €40million-€45m, reports Sky Germany.
Frimpong has had a remarkable season for Bayer Leverkusen and it’s thought that he will have a number of suitors keen on acquiring his services.

FootballTransfers reported before that Arsenal and Man Utd were targeting the 23-year-old.
But if Bayern were to make the move for Frimpong, it’s reported that it would depend on who their head coach is next season, with Thomas Tuchel possibly leaving the club.
Leverkusen’s head coach, Xabi Alonso, would likely wish to bring in Frimpong if he was to join the Bundesliga giants at the end of the season.

The club have already made contact with Alonso, but a deal is far from complete. Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi remains another possibility for the club.
Which clubs are interested in Jeremie Frimpong?
Indeed, as FootballTransfers reported previously, Arsenal face competition from the Red Devils over a transfer for Frimpong.
According to sources, although Man Utd manager Erik ten Hag is interested in the player, Frimpong would prefer a move to Arsenal.
We were told that the prospect of picking up the player at a relatively cheap price is one that has enticed both Arsenal and Man Utd to look at the player.
FootballTransfers understands, though, that the stability offered by Arsenal would help them win the race for one of the most exciting young full-backs in world football.
