Greenwood could ruin Man Utd's move for Bremer
Manchester United reportedly want to sign Brazil centre-back Bremer from Juventus, but Mason Greenwood looks set to throw a spanner in the works.
United are set for a rebuild this summer, which will be the first transfer window in which Sir Jim Ratcliffe is in minority - and indeed sporting - control at the club.
One area of surgery needed is at centre-back, with Lisandro Martinez the most trusted yet injury-prone, while Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane represent the avarice of big transfer fees and salaries paid for fading talent.

Varane and his former Real Madrid teammate Casemiro are two of the highest earners at the club and both are expected to be sold.
But United also need to balance the books. Mason Greenwood was banished to Spain after sexual assault charges, which were dropped by the UK's Crown Prosecution Service, and he could be used as a makeweight for Bremer.

Greenwood rejects Juventus
Except he doesn't want to move to Juve. "Greenwood has rejected a move to the Allianz Stadium, ending United's hopes of a smart deal that included Juventus defender Gleison Bremer," reports Alex Turk in the Daily Express, referencing an earlier Daily Mirror article.

The once-capped England forward, now valued at €17.6 million by FootballTransfers' in-house algorithm having enjoyed a highest ETV of €76.7m, reportedly wants to stay in Spain.
He has tallied eight goals and five assists across 28 games in all competitions for Getafe, and Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are among the clubs who have been linked with a move for the United academy graduate.
Bremer, a premium centre-back who, unlike Lisandro and Maguire prefers playing on the right of a defensive pair, is valued at €30.9m by FootballTransfers, so Greenwood's cooperation would have significantly dented his fee.
Chelsea and Inter Milan have also been linked with a bid for the Brazilian.
