Ratcliffe is said to have earmarked the 19-year-old as the face of his new project at Manchester United.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Ratcliffe has been blown away by the quality of the Argentine winger - and fellow youngster Kobbie Mainoo - and wants to build his project around them.
TyC Sports claims that Garnacho won’t push for a move to Madrid imminently but it is in plans in the coming years.

Perez is a big fan of Garnacho and wants to repeat his 2009 signing of a Manchester United superstar, in that case Cristiano Ronaldo.
