Arsenal eye Fabregas repeat with Barcelona wonderkid
Arsenal are reportedly targeting a move for Barcelona youngster Brian Farinas ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.
Farinas, 18, has also extracted interest from Borussia Dortmund amid his uncertain future at Camp Nou.
The teenage midfielder has just over a year left on his current contract at Barcelona and the Blaugrana may look to offload him this summer as they look to raise funds for their pursuit of Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix on permanent deals.

According to CaughtOffside, Arsenal and Dortmund are both interested in signing Farinas, who currently plays for Barca’s U19 side.
The 18-year-old joined Barcelona’s academy from Villarreal back in 2018 and he has progressed through the ranks at La Masia ever since, making his Barcelona B debut earlier this campaign.
Arsenal are also keen on signing fellow Barcelona wonderkid Mikayil Faye, who has emerged as one of the most talented defenders in European football over the past year.

Arsenal target Cesc Fabregas repeat
Arsenal famously poached Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona’s academy when he was just 16 years old and he went on to become a club legend at the Emirates Stadium.
Fabregas made over 303 appearances for the Gunners, scoring 57 goals and assisting a further 95, while he also captained the side before rejoining Barcelona in 2011.

The ex-Spain international eventually returned to the Premier League in 2014, although he joined Arsenal’s London rivals Chelsea, much to the despair of the Gunners fanbase.
In Farinas, the Gunners may be looking to replicate the success they had when purchasing Fabregas - a talented Barcelona midfielder - back in 2003.
It is unknown whether Barca would be willing to sell Farinas this summer, but their financial woes may mean a permanent deal is a possibility as they look to balance the books amid their pursuit of the aforementioned Cancelo and Felix.
