Bukayo Saka: Opposition fans all say the same thing as Arsenal star limps out of City clash
Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka had a forgettable afternoon as the Gunners were held to a scoreless draw against Manchester City.
There was little to commend the scoreless draw between the title chasers as the two clubs managed just three shots on target between them.
Saka, in particular, dropped a poor performance, during which FootballCritic gave him a game-low score of 5.5.

It was the type of display that served as a reminder as to why Arsenal need to find an alternative to the England winger during the summer transfer window, with a lack of options from the bench further hindering their ability to win the game.
When he was taken from the field, he did so in the company of the Arsenal physio, limping off with 13 minutes remaining.
While Arsenal fans took the opportunity to praise Saka for playing through injury, opposing fans claim they are seeing a pattern emerging.

“The Saka signature limp after a stinker never fails to impress,” claimed one.
Another added: “This is just the denial stage. You know Gvardiol sent him to the shops.”
A third chipped in: “Excuses. Was he injured for the past 2 seasons when you bottled top 4 and the league last year?”
He’s burning out , it’s high time Arteta understood Saka can’t play every game of the season , He tends to slow down at this stage every season , give him a full week rest to recover well . Pep uses this technique with all his players .

Saka injury update
After the game, Mikel Arteta confirmed that Saka was not taken off because of any injury concerns.
“He just went out today with fatigue, nothing serious,” Arteta told the press of his star performer.
Saka wasn’t the only star attacker to endure a difficult afternoon at the Etihad.
Following Erling Haaland’s off-colour display, Roy Keane branded the Norway international as having played like a League 2 player.
