Grealish reveals STEAMY new nighttime ritual as he turns his Man City career around
Jack Grealish has revealed that he has a new nighttime ritual that is helping his form with Manchester City as he and his teammates chase Premier League glory.
The 28-year-old has had a difficult start to 2024, which has been punctuated by an injury that effectively kept him out of action for a month.
Since then, he has returned to regular action on the left of Man City’s attack, notably impressing in the 4-2 victory over Crystal Palace before creating a goal in the thrilling 3-3 draw with Real Madrid in the Champions League last weekend.

Now he has revealed that one of the secrets to his resurgence is a nightly sauna.
The Sun reports that he and girlfriend Sasha Attwood have had a Swedish sauna installed at their £5.6 million Cheshire mansion.
Grealish has a new evening ritual of spending at least 10 minutes sweating out toxins at 110C before sitting outside in the fresh air for another 10 minutes.

Grealish and Sasha Attwood enjoying sauna
The Sun quotes an unnamed source as having said: “Jack loves to get steaming when the time is right and makes no apology for it. But it seems like as he’s matured he’s discovered there are different ways to spend your time.
“His partner Sasha is big on health and fitness and they are enjoying being able to pop into their own personal sauna whenever they want. It’s become his new routine before bed.”
Grealish, meanwhile, is working to turn his Man City career around.

It appeared that he was on his way out of the club just a matter of weeks ago when Pep Guardiola had a clear go at him following a scoreless draw against Arsenal that seemed to jeopardise City’s title chances.
Having indicated that he “dreams” of moving back to Aston Villa one day, it sparked hope from the Birmingham club that a deal might be done.
Recent performances, though, suggest that Grealish has the capacity to turn his situation at the Etihad Stadium around.
