Arsenal enter the race for GOAL-PER-GAME sensation
Arsenal have a new striker in the viewfinder of manager Mikel Arteta ahead of the summer transfer window, according to reports.
FootballTransfers exclusively detailed last week that the Gunners are changing their stance towards a big summer move for a centre-forward in the wake of Kai Havertz’s excellent form.
Instead of moving for a Viktor Gyokeres or a Victor Osimhen for a fee in excess of €100 million, Arsenal are now prepared to land a cheaper supporting option and use the rest of the funds to strengthen other areas of the team.

Sources have indicated to FootballTransfers that leading Arteta’s thoughts is Benjamin Sesko of RB Leipzig but the manager is clearly keeping his options open.
To that end, Arsenal still are looking towards the Bundesliga to help provide an offensive solution.

Guirassy wanted by Arsenal
Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy is the player Arteta is looking at, Fichajes claims.
He has been one of the standout players in Germany this season, scoring 25 goals in 26 Bundesliga games. On Saturday, he played a part as his side claimed a 3-1 win over Bayern Munich, grabbing an assist.
Despite this formidable scoring form, Guirassy has a release clause of just €17.5 million that would make him a perfect addition to the Arsenal squad.
He may not be a world-class centre-forward, but at 28 years old, he is hungry to finally play at a top club after a journeyman career. That likely means accepting the role as a backup option to Havertz or Gabriel Jesus.
His price reflects this, yet he is also coming off a prolific season in one of Europe’s best leagues, showing that he is not a complete wildcard option.
Manchester United were heavily linked with Guirassy during the January transfer window, while Newcastle have also been associated with the Guinea striker in the recent past. Arsenal, though, are stepping up their interest.
