Arne Slot's surprise first Liverpool deal revealed
Arne Slot's first order of business at Liverpool will be handing Conor Bradley a new contract, according to a report.
The Dutchman is set to begin working in his new role in just a matter of days. Liverpool recently announced the hire of Slot from Feyenoord and the 45-year-old is slated to be officially appointed on June 1.
The highly-rated coach faces the daunting task of proving a worthy successor to Jurgen Klopp and speculation surrounding which players he could bring with him to Anfield has been rampant.

His former AZ protégé Teun Koopmeiners is one of the Reds' targets, while the likes of Lutsharel Geertruida and Justin Bijlow from Feyenoord have also been the subjects of links with a Merseyside switch in recent weeks.
However, Slot's first Liverpool deal may not be a new signing after all.
Bradley set for bumper new deal
At least that is according to TEAMtalk, which claims that Conor Bradley could once again pen fresh terms with the Reds. The Northern Ireland international only extended his Liverpool contract until 2027 in December, but the Premier League giants are ready to offer him a bumper new deal.
This comes off the back of Bradley's stunning breakout form in the spring, which saw him become a more-than-adequate backup for Trent Alexander-Arnold on the right side of Liverpool's defence. The 20-year-old became a fan favourite in the absence of the homegrown hero and finished the campaign with a goal and six assists to his name.

Towards the final few games of the season, Bradley dropped out of the team due to fitness issues of his own and the return of Alexander-Arnold, but his impressive showings will nevertheless see him rewarded with a pay rise, it is claimed. Handing Bradley a new contract is one of Slot's 'priorities' this summer.
