Ex-Man Utd target Brobbey reveals transfer desire
Ajax forward Brian Brobbey has admitted that Arsenal are his dream club amid speculation surrounding his future.
The Dutchman scored 22 goals and provided 12 assists in all competitions during the 2023-24 season and he has been touted for a possible summer move away.
Manchester United have been heavily linked with Brobbey in the past, with Erik ten Hag pushing to sign the 22-year-old, although links have quietened down following their purchase of Rasmus Hojlund.

Signing a new number nine is still on the Red Devils’ list of summer priorities, but Joshua Zirkzee, Ivan Toney and Benjamin Sesko appear to be the more likely candidates to seal an Old Trafford move.
Arsenal are also on the lookout for a striker this summer and Brobbey has admitted that joining the Gunners would be a dream come true.
The Ajax star was questioned about his dream club and he told NOS Jeugdjournaal (via Soccer News): “Arsenal, I think that is a very nice club. If you look at that stadium. A very nice club, but that also applies to Manchester United, FC Barcelona and Real Madrid.”
While Brobbey has revealed his desire to play for Arsenal in the future, he was quick to stress that he will not push to leave Ajax this summer. “I have a contract until 2027. At the moment I am just at Ajax,” he added.

What has Fabrizio Romano said?
In April, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano discussed Brobbey's future and he admitted: “We’re also seeing fresh rumours about Ajax striker Brian Brobbey, who is being linked with both Man Utd and Arsenal.
“My understanding, however, is that there is nothing concrete to this story so far. Brobbey has been linked with Man Utd since Ten Hag joined as manager, while I’m not aware of anything else with Arsenal at this stage.
“Ajax will discuss Brobbey’s future in the summer but, again, we need to see who they pick as their new manager and what kind of strategy they want to adopt.”
