Mason Greenwood has told Manchester United that he wants to stay at Getafe next season.
According to TeamTalk, Greenwood has made it clear that Getafe are his overwhelming priority for the 2024-25 campaign.
Getafe also want to sign Greenwood, who this week thanked the Spanish club for the season he spent with them.

This post from Greenwood, according to TeamTalk, does not signal the end of the relationship.
However, a deal will not be easy to do, as Man Utd are demanding up to €40 million to sell this summer.
This is a price that Getafe simply can’t afford, although the Spanish side will try to negotiate.
Greenwood to leave Man Utd?
Greenwood is certain to leave Manchester United this summer.
He joined Getafe on loan last summer after Manchester United concluded their investigation into the criminal charges he was facing last year, which have since been dropped.
United announced that Greenwood would look to continue his career away from Old Trafford, having not played a game since January 2022 following his arrest by police.
Greenwood has impressed for Getafe. He scored 10 goals and got seven assists in 36 games in all competitions.
Sentiment among fans and the public in England is still negative towards Greenwood, making it easier for him to continue his career outside of the country.
