CEO reveals he is 'open to selling' Arsenal & Man Utd target
Monaco CEO Thiago Scuro has admitted that it is likely that Youssouf Fofana will be sold this summer.
The French midfielder is coming off a very good season with the Ligue 1 side and this has reignited the interest in his services from the Premier League.
Linked with Nottingham Forest and Newcastle last summer, Fofana ultimately decided to remain in the Principality feeling as though signing for these clubs would not have been a significant step up from his current level.

After starring for Monaco in the bygone Ligue 1 season, with his side finishing runners-up to PSG, more clubs and bigger names have been linked with the 25-year-old in recent months.
Man Utd have been associated with the France international since the end of the previous summer window, while Arsenal have more recently joined Fofana's long list of admirers too, believing that he could be a viable alternative to Martin Zubimendi, who appears reluctant to leave boyhood club Real Sociedad.
Monaco to sell Fofana
It has been widely reported in France that this summer, Fofana could finally get his big move abroad and this has now been echoed by Monaco's CEO Thiago Scuro. While speaking to GFFN, the club chief admitted that Fofana could be sold in the upcoming window.
"There were good opportunities for him to leave last summer," Scuro said. "It was his decision to stay because of his personal goals. It was a very good decision for us because he had a very good and consistent season, for him too as it was probably his best season at AS Monaco."

"He is probably one of the players that we are open to selling. We will see the opportunities that he has. It is still too early to make a decision." Fofana currently has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €21.5 million.
