Revealed: Arsenal star open to summer transfer - Ornstein
Arsenal forward Reiss Nelson has informed the club that he would like to assess his options regarding a possible summer transfer.
The 24-year-old struggled for game time last season and he is now open to leaving the Emirates Stadium on a permanent deal, according to The Athletic’s David Ornstein.
Arsenal are reportedly hoping to receive a bid in the region of €24 million for Nelson, with the ex-England U21 international admired by several clubs in the Premier League.

Ornstein has revealed that Crystal Palace, Fulham, Nottingham Forest and West Ham United are all interested in signing Nelson, who has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €8m.
Palace’s interest in the 24-year-old was revealed by FootballTransfers in May, with Oliver Glasner keen to sign Nelson in the event that Michael Olise or Eberechi Eze depart Selhurst Park this summer.
Nelson made 23 first-team appearances in all competitions last season, but he amassed just one Premier League start, while his only goal came in a 1-0 Carabao Cup third round win over Brentford in September.

Nelson signed a new Arsenal contract last summer, however he is now keen to explore his potential options following a campaign on the sidelines.
Who will Arsenal sign this summer?
While Nelson may leave the club, Arsenal are also interested in bolstering their squad via numerous additions.
The Gunners’ pursuit of Benjamin Sesko has ended in disappointment, following news that he will remain at RB Leipzig until at least 2025, but they remain keen on Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee.
A new central midfielder is also being pursued, but Martin Zubimendi looks set to stay at Real Sociedad, while Douglas Luiz has reportedly agreed personal terms with Juventus ahead of a possible summer move to Turin.
