FootMercato (via the Evening Standard) reports that Chelsea are stepping up their business by chasing the pair.

Exploratory talks are underway for both players yet deals are still some way off, with major competition over both stars.

FootballTransfers understands that Arsenal have made Sesko their priority for the No.9 role at the Emirates and have already bid for him. Manchester United have been seriously linked with a move for France U23 winger Olise.

Chelsea goalkeeper latest

While Chelsea are seeking to strengthen their attacking options, they are also moving for a new goalkeeper, with Robert Sanchez and Djordje Petkovic not having done enough to convince Maresca of their qualities last term.

As such, Filip Jorgensen has been linked with a possible summer switch from Villarreal, and the Sweden international is enjoying his time in the spotlight.

“It is fun. It shows that I have done something good and done it well,” he told Tipsbladet.

“It is hard to say what will happen in the future.

“I just want to get better every day and do the best I can. There is no definite plan. If something good comes up, we can talk about it and look at what is best for me, for Villarreal and everyone involved.”

Chelsea are likely to have to sell before they buy big this summer, with Conor Gallagher one of those likely to depart. He is being linked with a move to Aston Villa now, which could pave the way for one or more of these deals being completed.
