Chelsea to seal TWO more wonderkid deals after Estevao and Lima - Romano
Chelsea are set to secure the signatures of two more highly-rated young players in the coming days, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Despite being oft-criticised, Chelsea's transfer policy under Todd Boehly does not appear to be subject to change anytime soon. The Blues have made a habit of signing some of the brightest young talents in the world since the American and his consortium took over in 2022 and this trend is continuing this summer.
As first revealed by FootballTransfers and since confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea - or rather sister club Strasbourg - are set to sign Sport Recife full-back Pedro Lima, with the 17-year-old likened to a young Cafu.

Furthermore, the Blues have all but completed the €65 million signing of Palmeiras wonderkid Estevao Willian, a deal which has been verbally agreed for weeks and is now in the process of being formally finalised.
Now, Romano has revealed that the Blues are set to tie two more talents down long-term.
Diong and Subuloye to sign
The transfer expert has confirmed on his X account reports coming out of France that BlueCo-owned Strasbourg are set to secure the signature of Senegal youth international Pape Diong in a deal similar to the Pedro Lima one. Diong was initially supposed to sign for Chelsea and even trained with them earlier in the year, but it is deemed beneficial for him to begin his European career in Ligue 1.
It also means that Chelsea won't have to pay his salary, which will be a bit minor boost to their financial situation ahead of what is bound to be a massive summer window. In addition to the midfielder, Chelsea are also set to secure the signature of defender Tayo Subuloye.

The youngster is set to sign his first professional contract with the Blues despite interest from rival Premier League clubs. Subuloye has captained Chelsea's U16s and features for the U18s.
