Chelsea have continued their dominance where the transfer window is concerned this summer.

The Blues are looking to provide new coach Enzo Maresca with enough investment to ensure that they break into the top four of the Champions League next season.

On Saturday, Chelsea officially alleviated any and all concerns with regard to the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) by selling Ian Maatsen to Aston Villa, but there has been bigger developments for the club since then.

David Ornstein of The Athletic has reported that Chelsea and Leicester City have agreed to a £30 million deal for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. The contract is until 2030 and the deal is pending a medical.

Going the other way is Michael Golding, who is set to join the Foxes in a separate deal after Dewsbury-Hall move, reports Fabrizio Romano.

Juventus out of Murillo race

Chelsea's prospects of landing Nottingham Forest defender Murillo have improved thanks to Juventus being forced out of the race for the Brazilian, according to reports in Italy.

Journalist Alfredo Pedulla told Sport Italia: “With the arrival of Douglas Luiz and Adzic, Juventus cannot sign other non-EU players, so any talk about Murillo from Nottingham Forest or other candidates has no reason to exist, we are at wastepaper level.

“Juventus will have to get a central defender, but at least we are at the level of evaluations because – at least in these days – most of the investments are concentrated on midfield and attacking midfield.”

Arsenal are also interested in the centre-back, but Forest have reportedly put a price tag of €82m (£70m) on the player.

Anselmino set to join

Chelsea and Boca Juniors have agreed a fee of around £14m for Aaron Anselmino, report Ben Jacobs has reported.

He states that though Boca Juniors want to keep Anselmino on loan until January, the player has agreed personal terms with the Blues.

The 19-year-old defender had previously been linked with a move to Manchester United.

AC Milan eye another Chelsea man

Promising Chelsea forward Carney Chukwuemeka is a target for AC Milan, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

Chukwuemeka has rarely had a chance to shine since making an €18m move from Aston Villa in 2022 and now has been linked with a move to a club where Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Christian Pulisic revitalised their careers.

Trible threat for Isak

Chelsea are ready to offer England midfielder Conor Gallagher, 24, Albania striker Armando Broja, 22, and English centre-back Trevoh Chalobah, 24, as potential makeweights in a deal for Alexander Isak, FootballInsider claims.

Newcastle have quoted Chelsea around £150m for the striker but the Blues are looking to bring that price down by including the trio as sweeteners.

Newcastle, however, will no longer have to sell star names after they managed to move on Elliot Anderson to Nottingham Forest for £35m and Yankuba Minteh to Brighton for £33m.

Palmer 'gutted' by Pochettino exit

After Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez, Cole Palmer has become the latest Chelsea star to question the decision to part company with Mauricio Pochettino.

The England star has admitted that the announcement of the Argentine's departure left him 'gutted' and he credited Pochettino with laying the foundation for his inclusion in the Three Lions' Euro 2024 squad.

However, Palmer also spoke glowingly about new coach Enzo Maresca, with whom he worked at Man City.

Kvaratskhelia snub?

Chelsea remain interested in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, as confirmed by Fabrizio Romano before the Euros. His performances in Germany will surely only have increased the Blues' admiration.

However, Napoli have no intention to sell, as reiterated by new coach Antonio Conte. The former Chelsea boss has emphatically announced that he has 'placed an absolute veto' on the potential sale of 'Kvaradona.'

Moreover, Napoli legend Marek Hamsik has urged the Georgian to stay put and become the face of the new Napoli project.
